Our Story

We are a family-owned and operated oyster farm located in the Pamlico Sound of North Carolina, where calm waters, steady tides, and rich nutrients create the ideal environment for exceptional oysters.

What began as a passion for the water has grown into a full-time commitment to raising premium oysters the right way—by hand, with care, and with respect for the ecosystem that sustains us. Every oyster we harvest is the result of daily attention, thoughtful cultivation, and a belief that great seafood starts long before it reaches the plate. We don’t just farm oysters—we raise them.

Our Waters

The Pamlico Sound is one of the largest estuarine systems in the United States, known for its clean waters and unique blend of salt and freshwater. These conditions produce oysters with:

  • A clean, briny finish

  • A moderate to high salinity

  • A crisp, refreshing flavor profile that chefs and customers recognize

It’s a place we’re proud to call home—and even prouder to protect.
